Isaiah 19:12-14

¹² Well then, where are your wise men?
Please let them tell you,
And let them ^[a]understand what the Lord of hosts
Has ^(A)purposed against Egypt.
¹³ The princes of ^[b]Zoan have acted foolishly,
The princes of ^(B)Memphis are deluded;
Those who are the ^(C)cornerstone of her tribes
Have ^[c]led Egypt astray.
¹⁴ The Lord has mixed within her a spirit of ^(D)distortion;
^(E)They have led Egypt astray in all ^[d]that it does,
As a ^(F)drunken man ^[e]staggers in his vomit.
